The Dragon

I love how clean and modern these stores are. I used to go to the old Steeles store they had upstairs and finally got around to going to the new one across from Centerpoint Mall and it's so pretty! It looks like their Eglinton store, like all clean and modern and shiny, just smaller. They've really improved.

It's also nice that they've lowered a lot of prices on bongs and shit, because they used to be pretty high compared to everyone else.

Normally when I go, I get the big guy with the glasses helping me, and he is always super nice! But everyone I've talked to at the store knows what they're talking about, they're always helpful when you don't understand something.

Staff was friendly and nice to deal with but their options on merchandise is limited, and very overpriced. You can get some of the same things for half the price some places. Mostly things are priced 15$ over the tag but w.e. bought a ash catcher 75+ tax and saw the same one at another head shop for 50$

Went to their stores around Xmas and the holidays. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable at both locations. Each visit they took the time to teach me about the products to help me pick the right piece. Great customer service in general. Friendly people, the stock and variety are abundant for any price range. Worth the visit just for the knowledge and experience alone.

Was going to get a 5 star rating until I went in a couple of weeks ago . I first went there last month on Eglinton. Great staff and helpful. Dropped $150. Went there yesterday great guy at the store again. Bought a bong and grinder $125 total. Tried the bong at home but I unfortunately dropped the ash catcher and broke it. I thought @#$^%&*!! but ok will just buy another one from them tomorrow.

So I go in and there is a girl and a guy working there that I haven't seen before. I start dealing with the girl (who was a pleasure dealing with), told her I broke the ash catcher and she offers me a replacement ($30). I see a sign that says 10% off all eye catchers with a purchase of a bong or something like that. I figured I'd ask for the discount. Anyway before that very nice girl had a chance to answer this other over the top pierced hipster dude chimes in with a quick NO from the other side of the shop and also informs me that it's with purchases over $150 (not written on the sign). OK I say nothing and proceed to pay with a debit card. I ask her if she can charge me $2 extra and give me a toonie (I needed it for bus fare) She looks over at the same guy and he says again No. I then say goodbye to that excellent girl and this half wit now smiles at me on my way out and tells me to "have a good one!" Of course I totally ignore this jerk (I'm positive he didn't pick up on anything as clearly this boy is not too swift)

I don't know if this dummy is the owner or staff. If he's staff then owner do yourself a favour and drop this turkey. If you're the owner then you're a real smart businessman. I will always go by your shop and pass it by, going farther and giving my dollars to someone who deserves the business. I spent close to $300 at your shop in less than a month and from now on, I'll be spending hundreds and hundreds over time at your competitors. But hey at least today you kept that toonie in your till.

Not the sharpest knife in the drawer this dude. How guys like this pinhead stay in business or stay employed is beyond me. Darwin's natural selection theory clearly doesn't apply to this fool. Two stars for the rest of the staff who have to work with this zero.

went for the first time last night and staff was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. she taught me so many cool tricks, i can't wait to go back!

Not only are the staff the friendliest people I've had the chance of meeting in my entire life but the knowledge they have about everything in their store is scary, they knew things I've never even heard of. Also the amount of selection in their range of products is UNREAL! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING!!! and whatever they don't have they offered to place a custom order on my behalf. Truly above and beyond any service of any bong shop I've ever been to. You guys got a customer for life :) A+

they always welcome me into their store and theres never any pressure to buy. i like what they have to offer and they are always willing to order me custom stuff if i want it. i like it here. great job to the dragon!

I went to The Dragon earlier today, around 945pm. I saw the employee locking up. He offered to re-open the store just for me. All I wanted was a small pipe and I can't believe that this guy, re-opened the shop just for me! I was amazed to see all the rolling papers that they have,

I spent about 20 minutes chatting with the guy and he didn't rush me at all. No pressure.

The Dragon is definitely the best bong shop that I can name.

This place is so awesome. They are always stocked wall to wall and with such variety. The employees are always friendly and make me laugh everytime. Always thinking about dropping some extra money at this place :) guilty pleasure

I visited The Dragon earlier this week. They have a huge variety of products. Prices are also cheaper than other stores. I got a sick Hoss unbreakable / bouncing beaker bong! Now I no longer have to trek all the way downtown for my smoking pleasure.

The Dragon has this huge wall of rolling papers. I'm going to make it my mission to try every type of rolling paper they offer!

Super friendly environment, with no pressure to buy, ever. The employees are jam packed with information and are just cool to talk to. I highly recommend this store. The best hemp culture shop that I've been to! Thank you to The Dragon!
