From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were well taken care of by the staff. Our server (whose name I did not get, I’m sorry) was fantastic and accommodating. Drinks were brought and refreshed quickly, food came at a reasonable rate for our group size and later joiners adding to the table and orders. I hadn’t Fishman’s chips and honestly, I think you’ve ruined fish and chips from anywhere else. It was DELICIOUS. Fried perfectly, not overly crispy with fish inside and not under done so that if felt like wet paper towels over raw fish (have you ever had it like that? It’s gross). So now I’ll just have to make sure I get my fish and chips at 3 Brasseurs.
I tried the featured beer and it was exactly as our server described. I had 3! (I wasn’t driving).
Thank you for making our get together a wonderful experience.
Food-wise, the pizza was ok but nothing special. The chicken sliders were pretty sad—the patty was tiny, barely two-thirds the size of the slider bun.
Bottom line: come for the beer, but don’t expect much from the food or service.
The food was just as impressive. The flatbread pizza was thin and crispy with the perfect balance of toppings and sauce drizzle—savory, creamy, and delicious in every bite. The poke bowl was fresh, colorful, and packed with flavor, a great lighter option that still felt indulgent.
Service was friendly and fast, and the casual but vibrant atmosphere made it a great spot for catching up with friends. Whether you’re here for a pint or a full meal, 3 Brewers nails the balance between pub comfort and quality. Highly recommended!
It was very lively and busy...and the only place was available for me to sit was the bar, which was great too...very popular with their own brewery of beers on tap as some patrons came specifically for the beer.
This pub seems like a place that has lots of repeats and I definitely will be one now...the menu is varied and some good selections of food to choose from, best part the prices is quite affordable too.
I chose the fish 🌮 tacos, so delicious and fresh, beer is not the only thing they serve, cocktails are great choices as well, service was friendly and welcoming...I left feeling really good about this find...will be back!

In a time in Northern France where trucks and commercial transportation were not yet a part of daily life, the process of brewing beer was a very different one than it is today. In small villages across Europe, it was the local brewer that filled the vessels of pubs and cafés with beer made from his own closely guarded recipes. With the advent of industrialization, however, local breweries all but disappeared, bringing to an end the era of the authentic microbrewery.
Twenty years ago, a family of brewers decided to revive the traditions of the past that were deeply rooted in three generations of their family – thus the name The 3 Brewers – “three” for three generations of brewing tradition. The 3 Brewers opened its very first microbrewery restaurant in Place de la Gare à Lille in 1986. Since then operations have expanded to 28 locations in France as well as several restaurants in other parts of the world including Quebec and soon Ontario.
A varied menu includes simple “ brasserie” fare, bistro dishes, and local favorites. Our house specialty, in keeping with traditions from France, is the “flammequeche”, or Flamm for short – an Alsatian-style open-faced pie served with varied toppings.
