In today's world, where it seems like businesses too often take us, customers, for granted, it jumps out when you find friendly employees like at Sentinel Storage. They've helped me a while ago (for a short term) and they have once again gone out of their way to find what I was looking for. Tons of locations, dedicated to helping their customers, friendly on the phone and in person, I don't hesitate one minute to recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional customer service, clean thorough friendly accommodating staff. Knowledgeable, patient and full of discounts and offers ie perks from outside rewards like Costco cash back offers, referral programs. They offer bathrooms and complimentary water when registering.
This service is reminiscent of the good ol days when companies bent over backwards for their customers.
Customer retention and word of mouth will make these guys very successful!
Units have off the ground platforms to allow the air circulation they are kept cool and dry. Power security gate and cameras keep your things safe.

They also double charge your card..hammer extra charges on card at every opportunity they are not to be trusted thieves is all they are be warned they will rob you blind
