Two months ago we called Vancouver Computer Services in a rush to fix some computer problems in our Downtown office that resulted from an overnight power outage. We spoke to Mike about the problems and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating in scheduling a next day appointment. We were in a huge bind because we could not operate properly without a reliable internet connection. He also ran diagnostics and clean ups of all of our computers, and made suggestions on how to improve several of the computers that were running slow.

We called Vancouver computer services a second time two weeks later to install and configure our brand new professional printer, and to install more RAM on the computers that were running slow. Again, the tech completed the tasks quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost.
