Bad experience, take your money elsewhere
After the purchase of my vehicle, I found out that there were numerous court orders against this dealer, countless problems within their governing system and etc. On my own car, only after the purchase I found out that the kilometers were rolled back, the emission test was forged, and the paint job was fixed with a quick under coating spray, which washed off after the first car wash. The car that for which i paid top dollar, now costs me thousands of dollars in repairs, monthly.
Just the worst...

Excellent Service
Last week I purchased a used Lexus. The staff were courteous, car was as described and continues to run perfectly. My trade- in was fairly valued and Lexus was an excellent price. Plan to get my next vehicle there. Gord S

Good guys
Was in over the weekend looking at a few Lexus RX 450's.
Salesman was very polite and informative, cars were very clean and in good shape.
Will definitely purchase from them when I decide to buy!!

Great Staff
Just bought a Mercedes GL450 from DAS. Maor was our sales rep. Very helpful and easy to deal with, no pressure and very professional. Had a few issues and I must say Giles and Alex took care of it immediately. These guys are very patient and knowledgeable. Plan on buying another vehicle soon from them and send our friends to them!!!!

great service
Was looking for a Cherokee SRT8 for a very long time. There weren't too many in the market, but I saw that dynasty had 2 in stock. I went in and took a look at both. The salesman was very helpful. I knew a lot about these srt8's, but so did the was nice to know that he knew what he was talking about and that I could discuss specific things about the car with him. Anyways I drove the car fell in love with the power and everything else, bought it and now I couldn't be happier. The salesman even called me about a week after I picked it up to see how I and the car were doing and if I had any concerns!! Awesome service

lots of problems
Bought a hummer from these guys less than a year ago . Low km, nice looking truck . Had problems from the day is was drivin away . Transmission had to be rebuilt , New rims , They were chipping away. Now a new motor . Was my first experience with these guys and it will be the last . Managers are very rude , sales guys tell you what you want to hear . But there is No follow through . Getting to the point we have way too mich money is this truck

Cannot be trusted.
Bottom line. If you purchase a vehicle from the outside parking lot. You will be in for a surprise. Vehicles inside the building seem to be fine. I purchased one from outside lot.
After all the tests. I came across lots of horrors after purchase. Salesman promised do detail it too. Nothing happened. Found a scratch on the paint too. The engine light came on days after purchase. They seem to have cheated the e-test too.
Avoid this place if possible. I am stilll paying for repairs six months later.

I purchased a Nissan Murano from Andy at Dynasty auto after test driving the vehicle we went inside and made an offer with conditions of a few things being fixed. When we picked our Murano up everything was as expected. After a few days of driving we had a couple of issues so i contacted Andy who put me in contact with Gile the service manager, after telling him the problems I was having he told me to bring the car in anytime that was convenient to me and to give him a call before heading there so he could have a hoist open for me, so before heading there I gave him a call and to my surprise when I arrived the bay was open and he took my car in right away and took care of all the problems. These guys are very professional in the way they serve you, as I was leaving Gile came out checked the car and said if have any other issues just give me a call, what else could I ask for. That gave me some real piece of mind after make a large investment. One thing we all need to remember is they buy and sell cars they don't take every car home and drive them they tell you take the car drive it if you have any problems call us and we will fix it. And that is what they did for me I hope if I should have any other issues in the next couple of weeks they do the same. Thanks guys and keep doing what you are doing because it is right. Thanks Jim

these clowns
These guys don't know about negoation. Staff Is very rude. They dont have power to make deals. Guys want you to agree to pay full price they are asking before they test drive. How will you sell a car if you dont let the buyer test drive. ? Im surprised these guys are still in business. If I was the boss id fire all the sales staff. Start fresh.

knowledgeable and helpful dealer..
I am a writer and am not much knowledgeable in all such areas of car finding, however have recently bought a Honda, from the Dynasty Auto Selection. I would recommend them to everyone!! They are helpful, knowledgeable and will guide you through the entire process honestly. Thank you for keeping me updated all though the process.

Bought a Lexus from there, pretty good service. Picked up the car had a small issue with the radio, they fixed it right away, no hassle, would recommend this dealership to others!

Very Good Experience
Went in there a few months ago for the first time......pretty nice dealership, huge indoor showroom.....a lot better than looking at the vehicles outside!!!! anyways I made the trip there because I was interested in a Nissan Pathfinder they were advertising. A gentleman named Andy showed me where the vehicle was because I definitely wouldn't be able to find it myself in that huge showroom. What I really liked, to be honest, was that the gentleman was very straightforward, he told me everything I need to know about the vehicle including history and so on and so forth; I decided to test drive it before I made my decision and I was pretty satisfied other than a few small things that Andy explained would be take care of; I went ahead and made the deal that day, got my vehicle a few days later and its been running perfectly since I got it a few months ago!!!!

feel cheated by the manipulative dealer
I bought a car for my family yesterday. Before buying got it inspected by third party. Came back to Dynasty told them about major and minor issues. They said the issues will be fixed in next 2-3 days. You can have the delivery on 23/24 July. We signed the contract and came back to pick the car on the specified date. Paid them the agreed amount, took the car. After driving 20 miles the same sound we complained about appeared - this was the one major issue they were suppose to fix before delivery and asked for 3 additional days.

I paid a large sum of money to a car dealership, my expectation is they will deliver to the promise and agreement they make. I don't know where is the honesty and trust in these deals they make.
This is our only car and now I have to- god knows how many times take it back to the shop- stay away from work arrange rides for my kids.
Who is paying for their mess - my family-(lost times, money, agony). I thought the idea of having a good car and enjoying it - evaporated in 30 minutes of me taking the delivery from Dynasty.

I do want to give them benefit of doubt but am not able to, one major issue you agree to fix and it is not fixed in 4 days ..... Common ......

The thing I notice none of the issues were noted on the contract that they will be fixed before delivery but on a separate post it.
I trusted them thinking its not additional accessories but work which they will do any how for getting the car in the best condition it has to be in.
And now looks like - I am the stupid one here and should have asked them to clearly outline the issues in the contract and for them to fix the issues for delivery. If not done I had a legal recourse.

Given where I am now- I am left at the option of having dynasty make good on their word. I hope they do. And I can come back and update this post - letting people know - they made good on their promise.

No problem dealer
I'm not going to voice my opinion because its always subjective , but only state facts.
Last year May we bought 2009 Nissan Rougue with 108k on it. With in first 2 weeks i was back for sensor replacement.
Ok it happens. No problem of any kind after that.
My daughter put 35k on it in 12 months - still running strong.

Dynasty is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a 2007 Pacifica from these clowns.

After driving away, I noticed the tires were only BARE minimum for passing safety!

Needless to say, I bought a set of used tires to eliminate the annoying rumbling the wheels were making.

NOW, the propeller shaft (awd) needs to be replaced. NOT covered by A-Protect warranty.

I'll be sure to contact OMVIC,UCDA, and my favorite lawyer!

No customer service
Like it has been said, the entire staff is rude. They are very short and act as if you are to know the answers to your own questions. I am a first time car buyer and i have to say this is not a good experience. Within the 30 day warranty they provide i had to take it back about 4 times!! And the first time they did not fix the issue like they said. They lie and argue their way out of providing correct information. They seem very shady so becareful!

Worst Auto dealership in Ontario...Don't be fooled by there nice cars and cheap prices...The entire staff are rude and no nothing about customer services,they don't care how much money you spend they treat you like they are doing you a favor, also their cars do not meet the safety standards of MTO...

word of advice do not buy from them please!!!!!
