Went to Hawaii 2 weeks ago with my boyfriend. To avoid hassle of driving around ourselves, we booked a guided tour withTai Pan! What an excellent choice!
The tour guide picked us up from the airport to our hotel, gave us our itinerary for 6 days and we had such a wonderful time! The places they took us to were all AMAZING! Good job Ta Pan! Thanks for taking care of us! I lost my eyeglasses and Tai Pan found it in the bus and brought it to our hotel! Wow! What a service!

I've never been to casino rama but I think your tour buses are really cool and the different colors. I'd love to go on a casino rama bus ride one day but I think I would have to learn to gamble properly first though LOL!

A friendly reminder to NEVER join Tai Pan Tours! You'll miss out on the trip and won't even know what happened. Three friends and I had signed up to go on a bus tour for Thanksgiving long weekend, but Tai Pan cancelled the trip and DID NOT inform us!! We waited from 5:30AM to 6:30AM to find out they had "forgotten" to call us. One staff member said "they were too busy to call", while another staff member said "it was possibly a new staff member who forgot". Regardless of the reason, it is absolutely RIDICULOUS that travel agency can cancel a tour without informing the people who had paid for it and were fully expecting to go on the trip! Furthermore, there was NO SORT OF COMPENSATION for wasting our last long weekend before Christmas.

As I am of the ursidae family, I found this bus tour to be of exceptional quality and comfort. I was left alone to snack on my mast treats and was allowed to huff and groan as loud as I pleased without repurcussion. As an opportunistic omnivore, I was occasionally tempted by the ever-present smell of seafood, but was thankfully able to restrain myself. While the seats are obviously not designed to accomodate my awkward sitting position (have you ever seen a caniform sit? haha!), I was able to sit comfortably enough. The small bathroom to the rear of the bus, however, proved to be a different matter, and I am sorry for the mountain-sized mess I may have left on a few occasions. Also, while I enjoyed our various shopping destinations, I was not allowed to enter some of the stores due to my species type. In the future, perhaps more stops could be made at picnic-style rest stops with large trash bins.
