I hired Mark to deal with a collection agency. The collection agency refused to work with him and my matter was never settled. Ended up settling the matter myself. I asked for a partial refund seeing as he was not able to handle this matter for me and I never heard back from him. I would not recommend him.

Although I just retained this firm, I already feel much better about my situation. I feel that I can sleep better and enjoy my life again. During the consultation, I felt my self-esteem coming back. Looking forward to continue to work with him.
