STEER CLEAR
Formerly Harbour Spas, service has gotten no better. Promised service date and completion date and had to tassle with them to get parts back and installed a few days late after pestering them in person when Harbour Spas, Luckily that was in the warm weather.
Now under Back Yard Spas and Causual Living, in middle of winter and freezing temps tub quit wont pump or heat,called and promised service the next day in the afternoon, could not send anyone that day as the service teams where in the opposite direction of my location. Well after lunch the next day I started making calls hourly and all I could get was an answering machine saying leave a message and will get back to you shortly, on which I left messages to call me about my concerns of things freezing if the service team didn't get there and please update, their posted hrs for the day are 10-5, well you guessed it no one returned the calls, not even after hrs to explain or rearrange and service team never showed or called.. Half day lost wages added to that.
Went to them as they are the dealer for my tub brand and I bought it from them. Now tub is freezing up, got to drain and try and put a heat source in to keep the pipes that still have water laying in them from freezing and splitting and ending up with a bunch of damage, plus find another service company to come and fix it.
AVOID THESE GUYS!

I have been very pleased with the staff and especially Trent the young man who came out to service my tub...he was friendly and respectful and new his stuff
