When I was looking for a vehicle I stumbled upon Budds Chevrolet and from the moment I walked into the show room I knew that was where I was going to spend my money....The receptionist was very friendly (remembered my name 3 days later when I returned to pick up my car)..Wayne Walker went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, and the Service Manager Shane was awesome at fixing an issue that was no fault.of mine...they don't place blame or judge. As a first time customer to Budds', I was extremely impressed at the service I received. The salesman was friendly, prepared, and very knowledgeable, and made buying my new CTS a great experience. When I arrived I was greeted promptly, and furthermore brought coffee and freshly baked cookies! The manager looking after me was extremely helpful, as well as the business manager. There were no issues, and no unanswered questions. This place could be described in no better way than a big happy family, which I feel I am a part of. Thank you Budds', I will return!
