Jacuzzi Premium Spas of Calgary

This place has gone down the tubes since Darren left. I could not be less happy with the new leadership. I have a new tub ordered (four weeks ago) and have not heard a word since. They do not take replacement parts out to fix a spa. The new service manager makes no effort whatsoever to understand your past service needs. You are out $99 before you even know whether there is an issue. I regret ordering a new spa from them.

THANK YOU Darren Jordison and staff for our jacuzzi and the absolute best sales and service and most of all for suggesting installing the clear ray system in our tub, it alone has actually cut down our chemical use by 90% to maintain water quality, Would never go anywhere else, or suggest anyone else for family and friends to purchase their jacuzzi...Rodney

We purchased a J365 from Darren and the gang. Best decision of our lives. We love our hottub!!!! Darren and the rest of his crew (Sorry guys, my memory for names fails me)have been exceptional from day one. From the free water analysis (as often as you like) to a one hour seminar on keeping your water the best the people at Jacuzzi have been amazing. Have visted both locations and the staff are knowledgible wonderful people that go the extra mile to help. We love the exceptional quality of our hottub and are only regret is we did not buy a Jacuzzi sooner. Got to go, more hottub time. Keep up the great service.

Bought this model in March 2013. Love the tub but the covermate III that I selected does not fit. Neither does the covermate I. Have not had a lifter at all since June 7/13. Nobody at jacuzzi will respond to my inquiries. Anyone out there have a 415 that would be willing to talk to me? Colleenspeters@gmail.com

We bought a J-325 from Jacuzzi Calgary in June 2012. The sales help was excellent, the pricing was good, and the delivery was terrible. Jacuzzi missed the first appointment and then took three more to deal with insulation that hadn't been installed and replacing the transformer and circuit board because things were wired up wrong in the shop and the installation crew didn't know what they were doing when they turned it on and the circuit board fried. I had to take time off work to deal with this which negated much of the sale price we though we were getting. Since then, it's been working great and we really enjoy our Jacuzzi hot tub.

Darren we would have written this testamonial sooner but we are always in our new spa. I have had a hot tub for over twenty years and in the spring decided to replace my Beachcomber with a Jacuzzi. Why did I wait so long???? The delivery and set up of the new spa was easy thanks to the team that came out. After market service is phenomenal. We get the water tested regularly and I have to say with the Clear-Ray system for keeping the water clean I use very little sanitizer, which helps those of us with sensitive skin.In my old tub I could only use it once or twice a week due to the high concentration of sanitizer,thanks to the Clear-Ray system I am in the tub every day. Darren thank you and your team for the extraordinary experience that we had when we bought our spa.

You guys are Fabulous! All of our questions(which were a lot!)were answered with great detail. Darren, Bruce and Adam were a great help, Thank you Adam for coming to our house to check out and give advice on the hot tub pad we built. Thank you Darren for having a smile everytime we came in the store. Thank you Bruce for testing our water and helping us adjust the water. We are so very happy with our purchase, we recommend Jacuzzi Premium Spas to everyone out there!!
