This company is amazing, not only did i receive great service but it was above and beyond. I had left my purse behind with all my belongings including my wallet and many more important items. I called the very next day for them to tell me they were waiting for my call. Immediatley they told me all my belongings were still in my bag that i could pick it up whenever. I had lost my purse in other limousines and buses and never got them back nor phone call back from the company. This company is 100% the best service i have received. Thank you so much Simplicity Limousines for a wonderful experience and for returning my purse back to me with all my belongings in it.
This company gets my applauds from the time i placed the call to receive a quote then calling them back to reserve.
The lady was polite spoke clearly and very thorough as to what I could expect and what was expecyed from us. The limousine arrived on time to our suprised it was a femaile well groomed and of course not that it matters very pretty.
The limo was new and clean and the woman made our evening memorable and definitely we would and have been referring this company to friends and family.
