Scarborough Fair Condominiums

I checked many condos before I bought my one at Scarborough fair. Come and see how nice it is to live here.

The office and maintenance staff are no help at all. In fact, the maintenance staff is so lazy they contribute to the mess. When entering your condo they do not show respect and have no problem leaving a mess behind. The elevators are constantly in a state of repair, the windows never get washed and the parking garage is dirty and disgusting. Had I known the support staff would have been so poor I would not have purchased in this building.

this condominium has a potential to be so much better but the management does not care. the elevators are the worse I have seen, slow and breaks down every other day. the corridors are old and poorly maintained, unclean carpets, wall papers peeling. Some of the rental buildings are much better than this condominium building. The Management doesn't seem to care or pay any heed to residents complaints.

The manager of the Condominium is terrible and she does not know what she is doing there are a lot of people who are fed up with her and the state of the building.

You cannot get anything fixed and the elevators that are 5 years old are always breaking down...

Too many angry residents

Have lived at this condo for a few years and it is a good condo. I know that Scarborough has a bad reputation however this condo is very safe and clean. The condo units are very large, laundry in the unit, indoor pool, gym, 24 hour security/conceirge. For Scarborough this is a great condo to l
