Dr. Clean Air

Dr Clean Air brought a big truck to my Kanata home with a specialized duct vacuum machine and two technicians to operate it. They sent the vacuum and brushes from one end of the house to the other. They were fully engaged, vigilant and careful. I personally checked the ducts before and after, also the pictures they had also documented. After they left, I noticed some extra maintenance required and asked them for help with the extras as they had been so thorough. No problem at all! and for a small fee they courteously did the extra work I requested even though it meant delaying their suppertime. Five stars -- and a big thank you!

Dr. Clean Air did an outstanding job at my home, Oct. 2014. The two gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and gave excellent advice. They called to confirm before showing up to the house; explained the process; and discussed other measures that can be taken. I opted for furnace cleaning; and disinfectant spray as well. Excellent job! By the way, you get what you pay for. This was a full price job, not a coupon deal.

Technician came and 'did' the 'inspection' without letting us know he was there.
After he finished, whatever he did he rang the bell. He told us the air condition is OK In the basement he looked at the filter said all is OK.
He did try to suggest that the air condition is old and new one will be more economical. He also tried to sell a filter.
When we asked him if he opened the screws to clean leaves he said no, he is not suppose to.
He wet the outside of the air condition with some chemicals, told us to clear some vegetation around it and that was it.
No paper was given to us.
Very strange 'inspection'.

we had to arrange for a duct cleaning before we move to our new house , they showed on time , they came to the house and they left without leaving any mess behind . i am so impressed
They are highly professional , friendly and hardworking . These guys were great. definitely i will call them next time when the ducts is due and i recommend for every family certainly if you have kids or people with alergy .
