Multiple issues with the installation of the kitchen. Technicians had to come back multiple times. Kemi, the head designer does not respond to emails and phone calls. Will respond to billing issues but not installation. Their manager Willem Jr. knows nothing about customer service. Even after multiple mistakes and missed work days to their mistakes no apology given. Instead when I asked for an explanation to why so many issues occurred this is the answer I received: "Does all this really make a difference at this point? What do you want from me a public flogging? My time is valuable as well and mistakes happen. I have incurred a substantial loss on this project and I bent over backwards to try and get things completed" This is even before anything was rectified!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone. Lack of response, lack of customer service.
