The technician (Craig Muir) did a wonderful job! He explained everything in detail and gave various pricing options. He was a pleasure to deal with and am 100% satisfied. I was extremely impressed by DS Plumbing.
The person answering the phones was very friendly and professional, and explained their money back satisfaction guarantee and their warranties which are the best I've come across.
The plumber arrived right on time, and was just as friendly and professional as the person in the office. Once he'd looked at the problem, he told me the options I had for repairing the leak under my kitchen sink; and told me the exact price of each option.
No hidden costs, prompt and professional service, and he even cleaned up after himself when he was finished...Will definitely be using their services again.

After calling around to a few different places, I went with DS Plumbing, and boy am I glad I did.
The plumber arrived on time, explained what the problem was and told me the options I had (and more importantly the price associated with each option) then asked me to decide how I wanted to proceed.
Very happy overall. Will definitely be using them again.
