Hamed is very honest and treated me and my parents with great respect. It's very rare to find a mechanic who has the best intentions for his clients. I have recommended him to my friends and family. Great guy!

2 people recommended I take my car to this shop in Newmarket and im happy I did. I had 2 quotes before going to serenity custom auto and this was by far the best. The owner took care of my car promptly and made me feel comfortable. I have never written a review before and am not much for words so I hope this short and sweet paragraph sums it up. BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Needed a paint job fix on my van but decided to spend a little extra for a full paint job, was quoted an amount by an employee but the price went up $1000 when the manager & owner came in, fine it was still less then other places, always follow the saying you get what you pay for, pay the extra money and go get it done somewhere else, I feel that the job that I he had done was amateur, after it was sanded they were suppose to fill in the dents and scratches after I specifically asked them to and they left it and painted over it, they broke several parts on my van, my side sliding door needs a realignment and lost original parts I gave them, over spray everywhere, painted latches on half the van and didn't paint them on the other half, painted inside the latches so my trunk and door wouldn't close, sprayed over dust and dirt, sprayed over stickers instead of taping them like you're suppose to, put the weatherstrip on backwards then told me he didn't even take them off. My windshield wasn't covered properly and I had to scrub it to get the clear coat off. I've tried to get quotes to have it fixed but no shop that i have brought it to will touch it since they don't know what was used and do not want to have to fix all of the mistakes that he has made, I need to have my whole van repainted and all the latches and trim fixed as well as all the parts that were broken need to be replaced, which will end up costing me twice the amount I originally paid. I feel that Hamed (the owner) is very unprofessional. He was screaming and swearing while my daughter and wife were right there in the vehicle when i brought the vehicle back to address my concerns. I am very disgusted with how me and my family were treated. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Hamed and his crew provided excellent customer service and a very fair price. Attention to detail and timeliness were evident and a great job was presented. When an existing component that was not part of the replacement proved to be problematic, Hamed replaced this part at no cost to me. I would unhesitatingly recommend Hamed and Serenity to my friends and family. I did, in fact, tell my daughter about Serenity. She took her car there and was pleased with the results. Hamed provides great follow-up care, also!

I brought my van to Serenity Custom Auto and I am very pleased how fast I got my vehicle back. The work they did on my van was exceptional.
