We used your services over the past weekend for our wedding and I cannot express enough how wonderful it was. This whole process was made very easy for us from the beginning with Karen and Steve answering all our questions via email almost immediately. I searched a few limo companies to book a Sweet 16 party. I spoke to Karen from Majestic Limos on the phone. I found her to be an absolute pleasure to deal with and she was the reason I decided to go with Majestic Limos.
She followed up a day before the event to go over the final details. The driver Rizley was very professional and courteous, I asked for him to come to the door and ask for the birthday girl as the limo was a surprise for her and the guests. We were upgraded to a Hummer stretch, Rizley hooked up one of their phones to the speakers and they had a great time singing along to their music.
He dropped us off at our first destination and was on time to pick us up to take us to a restaurant.
I would like to Thank Majestic Limos as this is my first experience booking a Limo and I have heard how some companies can be dishonest and ruin an event. I would highly recommend Majestic Limos and will definitely hire them again without hesitation.

Quick to respond to emails, very competitive prices; Steven and Karen are both great. I booked a limo for my gf's bday and everything went smoothly. The limos are in good condition and what you see is exactly what you get. Highly recommend.

We used Majestic Limo Services this past August for our wedding. When we first met with the owners they were very pleasant and seemed as if they were running a great company. We soon found out that we were wrong! We had paid for the wedding package, which in our agreement had stated it would include red carpet service, a wedding sign just married, the driver to be opening doors, etc. We had paid for a package of four hours, and I had let the owner know we would be late coming to the limo if our pictures went longer than anticipated, however we were paying by the hour so we are entitled to take as long as we need. On the day of our wedding, the limo driver was in a foul mood. We ran 45 minutes later than our pickup time, and when we went to the limo, the driver did not greet us, there was not a red carpet, there was not a sign on the limo and the driver did not hold open the door. The service was absolutely appalling. The driver did not hold the door open once, our groomsmen had to get out and hold the door open for all of the bridesmaids and help them down. It was raining and one of my bridesmaids almost fell while a groomsmen was walking another bridesmaid out of the car, all while the driver sat in the front seat of the car. Also our photographer had provided the driver with the address of where our photos would be taking place. We sat for twenty minutes while our driver stated he did not get any address, he would not turn on the air conditioner, and he would not help us with the radio! It took having to be stern and tell him we were on a time constraint and needed to be at our next location before he would drive the limo! At this point he suddenly knew the exact address, even though thirty minutes prior he had stated he did not receive instruction! This man seemed as though he did not want anything to do with driving the limo, and insisted in being as difficult as possible. This experience was horrifying, we spent a lot of money on this service, and it appeared as though we had found them for the cheapest price possible! The only negative review from our wedding party regarding the wedding day was how awful the limo experience was. I would not recommend this company to anyone; even for a club run I would consider this type of service disgusting! When I spoke with the owners they were apologetic and stated this driver had had a negative review in the past and had since been retrained. This poor service reflects directly on the owner’s ability to pick their employees. Why would you trial run a driver who has had negative reviews with a wedding?!? They offered us a 20% discount on the next limo service, however there will never be a second time with this company even if they had offered it for free!

Booked the extended Hummer Limo for a wedding. Booked via phone and communication was done by email, must say the response time was exceptional, Karen and Steve were super helpful.

Limo arrived 15 minutes before scheduled time and the driver (Mark) was dressed professionally, and patiently waited for everyone to gathered and seated. Thanks for the great job! Recommended!

I would like to thank Karen and Steve for helping us coordinate several limos for our wedding. It was a stressful time but Karen and Steve help decrease any anxiety we were feeling. The drivers were dressed appropriately and very professional. Thank you for everything.

This was our second time using Majestic Limos. The first was the stagette, and the service was great.

This second time was the wedding day itself, and we were similarly pleased.

Karen was very responsive, cheerful and helpful with logistical planning.

The driver (sadly forget his name) was great too. While on time, good-natured and all the rest of that, he did me a solid by stopping to shop for something for me that I needed at the last minute. I was preparing to do without said thing, but he insisted on the idea, and it worked out really well.

A special thank you to all the staff at Majestic Limousine. Thank you so very much for the limo bus service we had it was amazing! It was our first time being in a limo bus. Everyone on the bus had such an awesome time!! The neon lights, flat screen TV, comfortable seating and music everything was so impressive. We used Majestic Limos for my birthday. We were told by Karen that we would get a Hummer that just came back with it's interior newly redone. When the Hummer came, it was even better then the pictures that Karen sent. Karen had said the limo came with water but she also sent a bottle of champagne for my birthday:) We were travelling from Guelph to Vaughan...when we were about 5 minutes away the stereo stopped working. The driver told us he would look into the problem and see if he could fix it. At our return, Majestic Limos provided us with a different Hummer limo and and the driver explained to us that he didn't know what was wrong with the Stereo as it was newly installed.. so that's why the company sent a different Hummer. We had an awesome ride back home...

I understand that problems can arise and it's not always the drivers or companies fault...its great to know that employees @ Majestic Limos work on making things right.

I will be using Majestic Limos in future. Thank you for a wonderful birthday!

Sorry this is late but I had to comment....Majestic Limos is an extremely reliable limo service which promptly delivers all requests to customers satisfactions.
Their sleek and luxurious limos are capable of carrying groups of people to grand events safely and in style.
The enhanced rich stereo system kept the jams rocking all the way through, making prom night, the best night ever.

Majestic Limos IS the limo service to contact for a fun and awesome experience! I will be using them for future events.

We booked for a limo with Majestic Limo Service last minute to take us downtown for a boat cruise. The company was very easy to get a hold of and Karen answered all of my questions so quickly. Although there had been a problem with one of their limos, Karen kept me informed with changes to the schedule. She had notified me of a 5 minute delay. In the end, the driver showed up on time with a very nice upgraded vehicle. The driver was very kind and professional. We had a different driver for the pickup, however, everything was communicated before hand. I had to make one quick phone phone call to the driver in order to give an exact location, but then he was there in seconds. The second driver was very patient with us figuring out who was going to each location. The price was amazing and was a very affordable way of going downtown Toronto with a group of people.
