Audi A3 - Poor Customer Service
I purchased four new Sailun Atrezzo Z4+AS tires which were balanced and an alignment was done. I gave the mechanic my wheel lock key in his hand and when I picked up the car in the afternoon, I just paid and drove off as I was in a hurry to get home. The following day I remembered that I hadn't been handed the wheel lock key and searched for it and couldn't find it. I returned to Mountain Auto and, after a search by their mechanic, the owner denied any responsibility - even though I now had no way of changing a tire if I got a puncture. I ended up going to an AUDI dealership and had to have the wheel locks removed and purchased replacement wheel lugs. In addition, the newly balanced tires had a vibration at approx.110 kph. I eventually went elsewhere to have them rebalanced - over an ounce of weight each tire! I would never use Mountain Auto again due to the bad service and lack of responsibility of the owner.
