My experience with Family Honda was a very positive one. Chase Anthony and Matthew Demosthenous, Viviana Areiza and Shinead Morgan and Mario went over and above to make me happy with my purchase. Awesome people!
Very happy and would buy again from Family Honda anytime. I live almost 3 hours away and there was great respect by the Honda Family team for that.
I have had the Honda Element, Crosstour and currently lease the HRV (which is a really good car ) and now another Crosstour. Never have my needs and concerns been addressed so well.

Purchased Honda Pilot 2016 in August 2015.
Very bad experience with after sale service.
Left vehicle at dealership for 3 days for an issue with sound system for 3 days, nothing was done and even no body bothered to call me and let me know that I could take vehicle back. I spoke to manager technical department about my concern and he promised me that he would talk to Honda Canada. I waited for 2 months for any response from the Manager but nothing then I went to dealership and found that manager has left the job and there was a new manager named Luis Guevara, I explained him my problem and he said he will take care of it. I, again, waited for 2 month and did not get any response and went back to dealership and found that the manager, Luis Guevara, has also left the job and now there is another manager named Sebastian and obviously, he did not know my concern. The story is long but I think it may be a waste of time to tell that all because I tried to reach Sebastian and found that there is a new manager now named Claudio De Rose with a smiling face on the website. By this time I have learnt how to live with the problem, I have become used to it and it does not bother me a lot so I have quit the efforts to get it resolved because there are more important thing to take care of.

Brought my car in for a tire swap on time and wheel alignment. I have been waiting for more than 4 hours. This is so frustrating. No one can give me an approximate time when will my car be done. Mind you... I booked this service appointment 5 days ago.

If you can think of a positive attribute about a service-oriented business, then you could say that Family Honda is it. Every step of the way of my new car buying experience was amazing! I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY BATTERY AND I COULDNT SHUT OFF MY CAR AND THAT SAME DAY I HAD A SERIOUS FAMILY SITUATION HAPPENING THAT SAME MORNING I HAD NO APPONITMENT I EXPLAINED WHAT WAS GOING ON, THE 2 YOUNG ADVISORS GOT MY CAR FINSH SO QUICK. EXCELLENT TEAM WORK AND THANK YOU.

Do not be misled by them when they promise a referral fee, it never happens. My daughter referred me and I was told by two individuals she would receive a $100 cheque for referral. After several phone calls and email nothing! For a HUNDRED DOLLARS! I wonder how they are going to honor the $2000 in warranties I purchased, makes me pretty nervous!
