Mr. Paul M. Mingay has been our daughter's lawyer for over 18 months now. He has been very kind, caring and compassionate in regard to her situation.

I just wish he were a Judge. Her case with The Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society would have been resolved with 5 days.

Unfortunately, he is up against a very unethical and powerful business organization and a prior Judge who was totally on their side.

We have total faith and trust in him to bringing this matter to the right and honest conclusion at Trial and I am sure that a FAIR, HONEST AND COURAGEOUS Trial Judge will not be intimidated and hoodwinked by The Windsor-Essex Children's Aid Society and will see what has been done to my daughter and granddaughter as well.

I can not recommend him highly enough.
