Do not do business with them----Christian-they are not---bought a puzzle-pieces missing---will not return cash or credit---this has happened too many times at this place-do not hide behind being a Christian---------you get items for free-and do not stand behind the items----VERY SAD

Since new management the store lacks the quality of caring for people. They are not as friendly and the prices went up quite a bit. They are a bit shady now in business sales with customers. They have taken items off Sale during the clearance days only to raise the price with new tags to make a profit. Dishonesty is not a way to run a Charity. They may forget that they have a Charity store and treat it like a retail store and using volunteer work for them. Shame on the new management. Bring back the old employees. They were doing amazing.

not a very good shop when it comes to looking for things for teenagers. mostly weird smelling old people clothes. sure it's cheap but you get what you pay for. also my mom had dealt with management before and she was very rude. doubt i'll shop there again

This shop is by far the best thrift shop in the Niagara Region, with great bargains and friendly staff. I understand that 99% of the staff that work there are volunteers, and that the mass majority of sales dollars go directly to people in need.
