I really like this store. I find the staff are always INCREDIBLY friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They've made some great recommendations for me and my dog! We will happily recommend this store to anyone and everyone and will definitely continue to shop here!

Rocky Mountain Tails is the best pet store in Calgary. I travel across town to come to this store specifically because I know they care about their customers. They only stock items that are safe for their clients from companies that are responsible and ethical. It gives me enormous peace of mind to know that they have vetted the products in their store so I don't have to worry about what my pets are eating.

Sandy and Craig go out of their way to make me feel welcome, they remember my pets names and always ask about them. I wouldn't dream of buying my food from anyone else and I really wouldn't need to because everything in their store is competitively priced.

Best pet store in the area. I was impressed by the selection of grain free, organic food. Very clean, with a fantastic selection of quality products. The customer service was excellent, I felt well informed and enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. I will never go any where else!
