University Tutors is comprised of recent high school graduates, who are now pursuing higher education at universities in the Lower Mainland, BC.
What separates us from other tutoring services you may ask? Four enormous differences.
1. Expectations. We all are familiar with the expectations facing kids in high school today, since we all excelled in high school, and know the curriculum backwards and forwards.
2. Standards. We as a company hold standards highly. We will not accept a tutor working for us who does not produce results, who is a poor tutor, or who cannot tutor effectively. We hold our tutors to the highest standards, and expect nothing less than the best from them.
3. Comfort. We emphasize comfort in our tutoring sessions. We believe the best way for a student to learn and be effective is to feel comfortable, not only with their material, but also with their tutor. Our students feel more comfortable with us tutoring them, than with someone significantly older than them, who has absolutely nothing in common with the child.
4. Our rates. Simply put, we are the cheapest tutoring company available. We provide a wide range of tutors, at exceptionally competitive rates, for all subject needs you could require! Rates start at $25/hr!
