If like me you need to get across town in a hurry, this might be the residence for you. It has the amazing combination of quiet parkettes, and major highways, both just a hop-skip-jump from your unit. I lived here briefly until I bought my own place but while i was here I was ecstatic to have on-site laundry and easy access to the TTC. If you want to still be close enough to Downtown to work centrally, whilst being able to get out of town quickly - this is a great location
