Being Canada, and it being Winter, it's easy to get sick and just put in down to the weather. This used to happen to me every year until I visited Dr Kirsten Smith. She uses a different approach that combines traditional medicine, alternative medicines and a very scientific method, which meant that I wasn't getting the same - get some rest and drink plenty of fluids - advice as usual She listened to me, used a range of approaches, and now I'm feeling happy and healthy in winter for the first time I can remember.
