Under The Table-The Pool Table Guy

My husband is really, really happy with the repair you did on our pool table today. According to him “The table is running truer than ever before!” Thank you so much! As well, your repair guys explained everything in detail to me, I felt they dealt with me very honestly when asked whether we needed new bumper pads (which they confirmed we do not) AND they returned when they said they would. Great service, really quality repair, fair price. My husband couldn’t be happier.

I called a company here and Kingston to come move my pool table because I was getting carpet removed they quoted me a price which was outrages. I then got Under The Table Billiard Services number from my carpet guy. I called them thinking it wouldn't be much better in price since they had to come from Ottawa. To my surprise it was a little over half of what the other company here in Kingston quoted me. They did an excellent job and were very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I hired movers to move the contents ofy home and I assumed the moving company moved my pool table as well. I was wrong to assume! So I found Under The Table Billiard Service by googling them. I told them my situation and that I had to have everything out of the house by tonight. They said they will book me in after there last job which was 7:00 pm so they worked really late for me. They did a excellent job and my table use to have a drift but not after they set it up. I rolls true as a arrow. Thanks again Jay and Peter

Nice guys but problems: I bought a used table from them. The deal was that they would put a new cloth on it. After they installed it, I noticed a white spot on the cloth. He brushed it with a wet cloth and told me that it was gone. After he left and when it dried out (an hour later) the white spot reappeared. I called him right away (3 hours after he left) and he basically told me that it would not affect the play and that there is no way he would change the cloth. But it is bothering us, a new cloth with a big withe spot in the middle of the table? Not acceptable. No matter the deal for the table, the cloth is supposed to be new. Also the table is dirty and the cloth is not installed properly. Of course I have paid UTT (well...the price was given to me "Taxes included" but later I was asked to pay cash...so there is nothing I can do, except writing it here of course.
Not happy...
