It was my first time here to pick up some cat treat for the last time before saying goodbye to my beloved cat. The nice lady, assuming the owner, was very helpful and kind. Her words put me in tears when she shared about her loss. Thank you for understanding. I will definitely recommend Wag On The Danforth to all my pet parent friends.

Ruth and Rob are just about the nicest people you could ever meet. They are so friendly, personable, welcoming and helpful. They truly take an interest in their customers (both human and animal), and I look forward to seeing them anytime I go in! They carry great quality products and offer great recommendations and advice. AND they deliver locally, which is such a helpful service. They also offered incredible recommendations for in-home pet care and services in the area when we needed it during a really difficult time with one of our beloved cats. Wag is a local, independent pet supply store with an extensive selection of higher-quality pet foods, supplies, and accessories. While the store is a tiny bit tight, what it may lack in square footage it makes up with being filled to the brim with an excellent variety of products and brands.They know their stuff, they choose wisely and it’s clear that isn’t your typical pet store. They carry treats there that I’ve never seen anywhere else, and even regularly stock a specific, hard-to-find dog kibble that I previously had been special ordering elsewhere. The staff member who assisted me was friendly, helpful, and informative. Even though there are at least a half dozen pet shops closer to our home, will be making the extra trip to support Wag.

I've just found this store I've been to so many none have been so welcoming and helpful I can't say enough for the people who work there thank you everyone I just wish I'd have found them years ago

Such a wonderful family-owned store for all your pet needs! They carry a great selection of food, treats, toys, and more. The owners are so friendly and truly care about every furry friend that comes through the door. You can really feel the love and passion they put into helping pets and their people.
