iv emailed them twice in the past 2-3 days and no one replied to my emails. Any other vape shops online reply in the same day or the next morning depending on when i send the email but this ridiculous im not impressed what so ever.

Everyone I go in there I'm almost always greeted by a smiling face. The guys are great never make you feel dumb for not knowing what's what. However, the woman there has quite an attitude. She has personal conversations in front of customers and has never once greeted me or smiled (friends have had this experience as well) All in all though I keep going back because they are a great bunch (I just try to ignore the rude one)

These guys are way better than any of the other shops in town. Bright, helpful service, good products, and good prices. Other shops make purchasing feel like buying drugs, Vapour Solutions feels like a real business.

As soon as I walked in to talk to a staff member they started mocking my current esmoke I was using simply because I didn't get it there. It's the exact model as they have....Have you heard of customer service your not supposed to piss off the consumer aka potential repeat customer ! Needless to say their egos and arrogance lost my business and I will be sharpening my experience with all my friends .

Bought an eGo-c kit from Vapour Solutions without doubting that I was buying anything other than authentic Joyetech gear. Turned out the entire kit was a knock-off. The kit I got works but it's got a few issues and I didn't get what I thought I was paying for, a genuine Joyetech product. Buyer beware of this seller.

Have not had a cigarette since January. Vaping does the trick. I have an Ego C and the only problem I have is the leaking. It is off and on. Would appreciate some advice. Have been reading online that the boge cartomizers fit and work very well.
