The order number with Prime Auto Parts was 1253542, intended to be front and rear brake rotors and pads to fit a 2004 Ford Mustang V-6.

Their representative told me today the parts they sent on the order are not for any model of Ford, but are for a 2001-04 Hyundai Sonata or a 2001-02 Kia Optima.

Really? I wouldn't expect a discount on special order. they could have simply tell you the ship is broken in the high sea and they are experiencing delay. It has been two years so far that all the parts(fuel pump, Bearing hubs, ceramic pads) purchased from Prime Choice are still fine and never had problem. Beside this an aftermarket product designed to fit our budgets. Lets be realistic guys. Their service at the counter is great, the website also is great and give you good idea about the parts specially if you are not mechanic. The over the phone service need to be improved but not a must. Should you visit CAP? they gamble over the phone while you are physically there and ready to pick up your product.
