I had Graham come out and install a garburator after hours since I have such a busy schedule and it was the only time that it worked. He quickly assessed my current plumbing and went to work installing a great garburator. The unit he brought is SO quiet but powerful. He had everything on hand and was able to install the unit very quickly. Once he finished he quickly cleaned up and was on his way. I have been very happy with the product, the installation, and the fast service. Not to mention the price was actually below quote!

We contacted Urban Piping to complete a poly-b remediation in our home. Graham was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before the work began.

We really appreciated Urban Piping going above and beyond including using an air scrubber during the project to keep the house clean. They made every effort to give suggestions throughout the project and worked very hard to get the work done in a tight timeline.

Graham personally came back to our house when the project was complete to discuss the invoice and any final questions or problems we might have had. You don't normally get this kind of service from other contractors and it definitely put us at ease.

We chose to use Urban Piping because of their impressive experience with poly-b remediation and because they answered every question we had and made sure we were completely satisfied. We would absolutely recommend them to others for this work to be completed in their home.

We have used Urban Piping a few times for various needs (New Hot Water Tank, Drain Cleaning, New Taps, etc). Just this week our furnace was not working and I called Urban Piping to see if they handle this type of work. They said they would take a look.....they did and it was a easy fix!! The small part that needed replacing was done quickly and the heat was back on. Thank you so much for the fast service. You are my go-to plumbers for all my needs!!!

Our water heater blew when it was -35, and every plumber in the city was working around the clock to fix broken water lines.
I called Graham at 7:30 AM, and he answered the phone himself, no answering service, no call back bs. He already had three jobs booked by that time, but said he would try to get to my heater the same day. He called back at 1:00 PM, and said he would be out in the next two hours. He had already quoted me a very reasonable price on a replacement tank, so I knew what the bill would be.
He showed up at my door just after three, and had the new tank installed and operating by 5:00 PM.
When he totalled up the bill, it was $100 less than he quoted, in spite of the fact that he replaced miscelleaneous plumbing parts instead of re-using the old stuff.
The furnace room was cleaned up, the old tank hauled away, I couldn't be happier.
Knowledgeable, personable, and honest. It doesn't get any better than that.

I the owner, Graham, to look at malfunctioning bathtub faucet. He told me that this particular brand was not the easiest to come by but that he'd check w/ his rep to find out if replacement parts would be available. I gladly paid his reasonable $80 call-out fee thinking I was in good hands. I mentioned my condo was a rental unit, & with just over a week until the start of the month, time was of the essence in getting this fixed. When I didn't hear back from Graham, I left him a voice mail & still no response. I'm very disappointed & angry that I've lost precious time I could have used to call a real plumber to get this fixed.

I recently had my water heater start leaking, after calling around I was recommended to Urban Piping Ltd. and I am very impressed these guys really know there stuff. Plus there 40gal tank only cost me $700 and came with a 10yr warranty.

I recommend them to anyone in the market for a new water heater!
