Very good services and vehicle maintenance of our fleet vehicle Ford Explorer 2010

Showed up at Koch Ford 7:45 am monday with a horrible "squeal" in rear passenger wheel (officially not even open yet).
Within a couple of minutes, customer service rep Wendy took down particulars promising they would have someone look at it ASAP.
Within 10 minutes she returned with my keys advising problem solved (jammed rock), and at no charge!
Koch Ford #1 in customer service!

As far as service goes John ,Wendy,carol exellent work ,as you know i work up north and reside in athabasca you have gone out of your way for my schedule every time for service on my 2015 f-150 the mechanics in the back have all ways done good work even adding accessories never mind the service .and matt and mike in sales got me my truck in within a couple days and give me a good deal even with a trade in.

I have been going to Athabasca Koch ford sense 2010 . Staff are always friendly and helpful. And services are great and usually not too long of a wait. Also great shuttle service.

Engine light indicated there was a problem with the engine - Ford known problem. They investigated the SUV and determined that everything was great. Nothing to worry about. Another dealership said the engine was going to blow up. Glad we got a second opinion. Thanks.

Also had some regular maintenance done on the vehicle and all the required parts were available.

Had vehicle in to repair failed backup camera. Although part was very expensive service was fine and I was kept up to date on progress and completion of repairs. Inspection of vehicle for other required repairs indicated that new brake pads and rotors should be considered, These parts were replaced less than 30000 kms ago. This is a VERY big problem with these models as well as the explorer. (I have have read reports on this item, as well as my daughter owns an exploer with identical issues), I own others vehicles that are not fords and have never had so much problem with the brake system

I recently purchased some winter tires and had them installed at Koch Ford in Athabasca!! I'm very pleased with my tires they work great, and I must say the customer service was excellent I will definitely be back this summer. I also told my friends to shop here as well!!

Needed an oil change on Hyundai during the week of the big snow. Had an appointment within two days. Asked for tire rotation - and they explained why they chose not to as the tires were purchased in pairs at two different times. The unexpected car wash was worth the few dollars extra I normally paid at another place. Drop off and pickup at the arranged time by friendly staff Wendy was great and right on schedule.

Work completed. Great job.

Appreciated a booking for service within 2 days that worked for me and the service dept.
The car wash was the icing on the cake as the car travels country roads and was in dire need of a wash.

I notice coolant coming out of block heater, dropped truck off and was chatting to Wendi , she was great , she listen to my concerns , mech looked at it and found the problem , it was coming from block heater, and did inspect brake pads,rotor too . Told me they should be changed , Great job from everyone

I recently had my vehicle in for a oil change, and requested my front and rear brake pads be inspected.I had the oil change but was put of until next inspection for brakes.I was willing to pay for additional serve I guess
additional serve isn't in the cards

Been dealing with this dealership for years ,have always had the best service in all departments.

Difficult to find a more professional service department. From the people at the desk, through to the mechanics, warranty servicing has been great and timely. Very little waiting time. Have yet to have an appointment when the car wasn't taken in for servicing within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. Staff is friendly, cheerful and waiting area is comfortable.

Excellent service for my vehicles since 1992,have never disappointed.....looking for a new 2017 Edge,hoping my experience is comparable to service when purchasing!

The shop had put new tires on my truck in April, at that time the tech may have over tightened the wheel nuts. I was servicing my truck at home and also rotating the tires, during this process I was unable to remove one of the nuts. I contacted the shop, spoke to Carol, she got me in the next day the fellows removed the nut put 6 new nuts on and I was back on the road.

I have always been happy with my service and the last two oil changes they washed my truck which for me is a huge bonus since the nearest car wash is miles away from my home and I drive on some gravel. Thanks Kosh Ford.

My experiences with Koch Ford Athabasca are very positive. They have always provided prompt and reliable service work on our 2008 F350 and our 2011 Explorer. But they have also gone beyond this by also keeping us informed of any and all recall or warranty items that we are entitled to and make sure that our vehicles are kept in tip top shape. Good people in both sales and service. Would and have recommended them to those we know, whether for a used or new vehicle.
