I cannot say enough about Paul or this company! He turned a bleak venue into an absolutely stunning one. We paid a little extra to have him put it up and tear it down and it took a lot of stress off of us. His prices are amazing, best in the city! He is unbelievably accommodating and fabulous to work with. He takes his time to help you choose what you want and sets the table to give you an idea of the look. I HIGHLY recommend him and this company. My bleak venue was a beautiful wedding reception with his touches!

HORRIBLE customer service. Simply horrible. I havent even started doing business with them yet! I asked if they could offer a discount on their rental chair covers since I'm considering renting 100 of them and I would consider it a bulk order, and guess what their response was?

"Do you ask for discount when you buy bread and milk at a grocery store?"

What is that attitude? a normal person would simply say "no", a slightly more professional and polite person would have said "sorry our prices are already at the lowest and we do not offer further discounts". This RUDE PERSON gave me that attitude.

Very well. I'm going to make sure no one I know goes to them for business.

I called www.decor-rent.com - 3 weeks before my wedding. I was very stressed. They helped me with last minute wedding planning tips. The chair covers and linens were absolutely beautiful. I have rented gold satin chair wraps with soft gold brocade linens to compliment them. The price was very good. I will recomed www.decor-rent.com to all my friends and family.
