Harbour Landing Medical Clinic, Regina Reviews (13)
I have been a patient at this clinic for over 8 years! Amazing, professional and knowledgeable doctors..... definitely pays to establish a relationship with the doctor and make an appointment to avoid long delays in wait times...
Doctors are very understanding. We came in after the clinic hours because my son had ear pain. The staff took as in and the doctor examined my son. Really appreciate that.
Depending on which doctor you see, depends on the service you get. Dr. Offiah is one of the best ones, there, in my opinion.
I've been to this clinic many times for both myself and my children and each time we've had a relatively short wait, the Dr's were informative and friendly. It was at this clinic that I found the first Dr willing to go out of his way to make sure my son's mental health was being taken care of by promptly referring us to specialists.....and he made my son laugh which meant more to me than anything. I prefer this clinic over MANY others in the city
We arrived for my sons appointment at 11:30 and waited until 12 to get called into the examination room. Finally at 1 I went and asked how long it was going to be (my 2 year old by this point loosing his patience) and with a snarky attitude got told she's way behind. She is working on something that is going to take her a while yet. 2 hours later we decided to leave and did not see a doctor. Not only unimpressed with the wait time but the attitude given by the receptionist. If I wanted to wait walk in times I would go to a walk in and not book an appt.
Dr. Offiah left me in the waiting room for probably 90 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. Stay away.
This clinic is a bit of scam. Patients with appointments are constantly moved ahead of walk-ins. I took my son and the waiting room only had a few people in it. I was there 1.5 hours as we constantly watched as people came and went. Finally left. Don't both. Go to the clinic at Golden Mile.
The girls up front seem to be very friendly but not really informative. I felt they were very young and a little unprofessional, that being said one girl there was very helpful, she answered more questions for me then the actual Dr. Secondly I went in expressing my fears to Dr. Golubovic and he didn't even listen to what I needed to explain about my medical history. He sent me in for tests and when I came back he was very careless. I'm disappointed and will not be going back.
I came here as a walk in to get a prescription for birth control. I waited over 2 hours only to find out I wasn't on the waiting list. I have no words. Except maybe spare yourselves, and don't put yourself through this disorganized mess.
My son was seen at the walk in clinic for tendinitis of his ankle. Dr.Surtie was on time, friendly and professional. I was very impressed and grateful.
I took my mom to this walk in clinic and the "manager" gave us attitude, she was very rude to me and my mom in front of other patients in the waiting room. While we were waiting for her appt we noticed the manager was Txting while patients were waiting which isn't very professional at all. It was such a negative experience that I would advice people to just avoid it. Such a terrible experience
I have been to this clinic several times with my kids and the doctors have ben great. They know what they are doing. They don't just write a prescription and send you on your way.
