Please DO NOT ever book this company!

Their services are NOTHING like they describe on their website. The people they employ for their spa services are not 'professionals'. There is no standard of service or equipment between their employees.

I was extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. They were also impossible to deal with when trying to make a complaint.

DO NOT waste your time with this company!!

We Loved it!! Absolutely delightful experience! Muscle tension that had been so painful for months was gone at the end of the 1 hour Swedish massage. Rejuvenating, deeply relaxing, we felt cared for and healed. The spa smart Kitchener was clean, warm and the massage therapists were experts, professional and kind. Loved it!! –

I highly recommend the Tui Na Massage with Spa Smart in Toronto. The massage was great and it was nice to have special attention on the feet and back. The therapist was very friendly, very knowledgeable and offered many options and different massage techniques. I will be booking again and recommend this spa to anyone.
