Hy-Pro did not provide the service that we had called in for.

We had a clogged drain which we could not resolve ourselves. The task was a complicated one, so we felt the need to contact a professional for. This "professional" showed up to the site and got his camera stuck in our pipes, almost tore the pipes apart trying to pull his camera out of the jam, and then spent a couple of hours using the snake over and over on the same spot. On his way out, he charged without actually making any progress. Completely disappointed with these guys, how can you charge for work when you don't actually perform the service that you had been hired to do????

Hy-Pro proved to be of great help when I was desperately in need of plumbing services. The technology used while servicing was quite a new experience for me. They did it in purely a professional way and gave me expert and experienced service. Now that they are here, I am sure that my plumbing and drainage needs will be taken care of in the best possible way without fail.
