We won't call Asap again
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We rented a tent and dishes from asap. Received a call saying delivery would be around mooning the Friday before our event. No show,called at 2pm and was told they were running late as the driver worked layette night before. We were next on delivery list. Still no delivery by 4pm, called once again, woman who answered assumed they were at our house already. Told us she would call and find out where they were. Called us back and said they would be at our home in 30 minutes. I asked to speak to owner,he wasn't in but would call us back. One hour later they showed. Owner called and all he could say was sorry. No offer of compensation for the 5 hrs of waiting. Next thing we find out is they forgot poles for the tent but owner was on his way with them. All he did was drop them off, not man enough to come and talk to us in person. Here's the best part, it rained on the day of our event and the tent LEAKED around the outside, we couldn't sit or put any tables within 1 ft of the sides of the tent. When they picked up the tent I asked the employee to hernias to call me. Of course no call yet. Sent an email asking for a call, still waiting. A real company would of called and at the very least talked to us about the issues.
So beware, if you have a problem, the customer service of Asap rentals in King City is terrible unless a call saying sorry that they were late because they worked the night before is your idea of customer service.
