Spa Smart

My daughter and I recently spent a wonderful few hours with Spa Smart in Niagara Falls. We thoroughly enjoyed their therapist and left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Diana was professional, friendly and very helpful. The massages were very relaxing. I enjoyed a wonderful Swedish massage followed by a 30 minutes Reflexology add-on. So did my daughter. Definitely a spa to call back. My only complaint was that my stay was not longer to have the services repeated in a few days....

I am very impressed and I haven't even been there yet. I am going to Niagara Falls soon for my birthday and wanted to have some spa services. After seeing the outrageous prices in downtown spas, I decided to look off for mobile. I emailed Spa Smart when I saw this place and asked about services. I received an email for their current specials and found exactly what I wanted for my visit. I emailed spa asking if I could book now and get the next month special. They gave me a personal call and it was very professional and nice. They set everything up for my visit and will allow me to put down a deposit to hold this great deal. So far, this kind of "go out of your way" customer service has impressed me greatly. I am even more excited to go here.
