Craig is a fantastic personal trainer! I came to him wanting to achieve most women's fitness goals - weight loss, toning and shaping. He put a lot of thought into the creation of my program, adapting it to my particular needs. He's also provided me with lots of support for my diet and nutrition plan. With Craig's support and motivation (he makes you work hard in the gym!), I've lost over 20 pounds and am the fittest I've been in years. I highly recommend Craig as a personal trainer in Vancouver. We understand that most people have busy lives and wish to exercise as efficiently as possible. We believe there’s no sense in doing something five times if doing it once or twice is just as effective. Most fitness enthusiasts mistakenly think that they need to be in the gym every day of the week, or need to ‘stay active’ all the time. But rest is just as important as stimulating a change via exercise, and our clients achieve their fitness goals in only 1-3 sessions per week.
In addition we know that what you really need are simple action strategies with practical applications. You don’t have time to fuss over details, nor do you care to. We don’t waste time explaining every little detail of WHY something works but rather teach you howto make it work for you. We’ll teach you the action steps to become fit for life!
