AYA Kitchen Gallery

We chose AyA because of the positive input we received from two of our neighbors that have kitchens designed by the AyA team. Amanda met us at the showroom and explained the process to us including the estimated timeline to complete the project. Based on our input and with suggestions from Amanda, she produced a draft design for our review. After our agreement in principle, Amanda produced a detailed Kitchen Design including all needed details, with all the "tees" crossed and the "I" dotted. Amanda brought her ideas to the table and specifically worked very hard to meet all of our needs. AyA Kitchen Gallery produced their product on time and even helped us with the changes in logistics to meet the unknowns that we encountered. As with any man made process, there were ups and downs, but we worked as a team and got the job done. Our installer, Adam, did an "excellent job" installing the cabinets. Adam was a truly work skilled professional with also excellent communication skills and fully sensitive to our needs as a customer. The service technician, Leo, was there to finish off the "human glitches" that every project encounters. Amanda and the AyA team met all of our expectations. We are pleased with the final product and we will definitely recommend your team to family and friends.

Thank you for our beautiful kitchen! When the decision was made to have a new kitchen, we started out visiting showrooms in the Durham region and were very impressed with AyA Kitchen Gallery and Amanda the designer with who we discussed our wish list. One of our concerns (and we did encounter this problem with other designers) was that they would not listen to what we wanted for our kitchen and did not like the fact that my husband could do some of the construction needed to prepare for the kitchen. Amanda not only listened very carefully to what we wanted, but she made fabulous suggestions to enhance what we wanted for our kitchen and it was perfectly fine for Glen to do some of the work. Our installer was a very hard working, pleasant person to have in our home and did a great job. The ladies who coordinated all of the scheduling were pleasant, very accommodating and easy to work with. The quality of the products used is excellent and we are so thrilled to have chosen AyA kitchen Gallery. The end result was even better than we could imagine and our kitchen looks amazing. My wife and l want to say how happy we are with AyA's service. In particular, we would like to thank our Designer Jennifer Freiberg, Shawna, and George for their amazing service. Our kitchen looks fantastic, and everything is complete and cleaned up. We were very surprised that it took four weeks to do it all. We were really impressed how George came by at the end of his long day and finished off our plumbing and electrical work too. He was great. I have already told him this, but l thought it was important to also let the company know. Jennifer and Shawna were also amazing - any emails, calls etc. from us were dealth with super fast and to our satisfaction. These people need to be recognized - they are what sells your kitchens.

After the same kitchen for 28 years, we needed help, and we got it from AYA; particularly our designer Marianna. We only endured about 3 months of dust and distruption, but it was worth it! We LOVE our new kitchen !!! We gutted our old kitchen, hired some helpers for dry walling, electrical, painting etc. and with Marianna's guidance, we chose the right colours, products, and finishing touches.
