Red River Furnace & Duct Cleaning

I Had my ducts cleaned last week,and overall i was very happy with the service and your how clean the ducts were cleaned by the pictures I saw. Jason and Reid were the cleaners. I spent a lot of money i really thought hard if i was going to write this but it has been bothering me all weekend long. your asst Reid had a very bad smell of Marijuana every time he returned from outside. Reid also had a very glazed look in his eyes when he spoke to me. Also when i went down stairs i watched he as Reid sat on my couch on his cell phone. I find that very unprofessional. I went upstairs to tell my husband we both were so upset. I also had to ask Reid re clean 4 vents over again. i should not have to babysit people i paid a lot of money to do there work right. He should have spent more time cleaning less time acting like a friend I invited over sitting on my couch.

We were quoted $274.00 for 2 main duct cleaning and 25 vents. My wife was home and the serviceman named Jason scared my wife with doomsday scenarios that she authorized extra work without knowing what the total cost would be. The bill came to $563.81. When I got home and saw the poor workmanship and the total bill, I contacted Amber, the manager, and was told there was nothing they could do since my wife authorized the extra costs. Red River returned the next week to survey the damage done to my vents and cold air ducts and did a quick patch up to cover the damages. My basement is now full of dust, I have holes in my ducts,the total time from arrival to finish took 1 hr & 45 minutes and Red River will do nothing to reduce my bill in spite of all the headaches and unwanted additions. I strongly advise people not to use their services at all unless you want to be ripped off like I was. The people running this shotty business should have their business license revoked in Manitoba and be investigated for underhanded business practices. PUBLIC BEWARE- HIRE US AT YOUR OWN RISK AND PERIL should be their slogan. I now have a distrust for all duct and furnace cleaning companies. Signed, PISSED OFF!!!!!!

Made a complete mess including blowing dust and debre backwards from basement up into bed room... BIG dust all over the place up stairs. Didn't cover vents and only shot air down each vent. House is much WORSE than before they came there...pityfull...an absolute waste of my money and my time. I feel like sueing them for contaminating my home. I think I will!!

Very Experienced These guys did a great job and both of them were extremely nice too. I would recommend your service to anyone who would require this type of service. They were efficient, detailed and extremely polite. One of the things I really liked about this crew was the fact that they answered all my “layman” type questions in a most respectful manner.
