I Had an appointment, fist time in the clinic ( actually it is a dental clinic) the person
( the dermatologist ) did not show up, I asked why I did not receive a call , the receptionist ( the dental clinic receptionist) told me the person (Dermatologist I suppose) rent an office in that facility but do not share appointment schedules with the receptionist. I find the whole thing weird. Although I wasted half a day I was glad that I was not operated on by that person ( I supposedly a dermatologist)

OkI had lots of aging spots and hyper pigmentation I had tried many things nothing worked as well as the Obagi by derm system. I loved my experience at the clinic the staff was so professional and the office is a stat of the art medical facility.

I had two IPL treatments here years ago. I was told it would improve my rosacea. It did absolutely nothing, except spend money in vain. I've since educated myself on skin and other health imbalances, and it is obvious that chronic skin problems rarely stem from an external root cause hence cannot be reversed from an external application. Skin health is a reflection of the internal systemic environment of the body, often digestive system imbalances. Laser is a Band-Aid approach and not a good one at that. Beware it can cause worse damage that the original problem itself.

Be careful! I was just there for an IPL laser treatment and my skin was burned. I thought it was too strong and too painful and the results go accordingly. I was never told it was a possibility. Now I'm stuck with a burned face, its really terrible!
