My dog loved the PAW4MANCE treats I got from the Vet a few months ago. When the treats ran out, I placed a $150 order on-line and paid through PayPal. Three weeks later, I still didn't receive order confirmation nor the treats. I called PAW4MANCE many times, the message box was full. I emailed them many times, there's no reply. Another two weeks went by, their phone number was no longer in service. I filed a dispute on PayPal and susequently filed a claim. PayPal did an excellent job. I got my money back.

Great products and service, if you can get them. They have huge distribution and reliability problems, so you can go for weeks without them filling an order.

It was so easy to order online, paid by pay pal and arrived at my door the next day. Wow, no more lugging the bags out of the store and back into the house. For anyone without a car this is the place to order from. And it is made in Ontario, chemical free. My dog Sabo is very happy.

We are very happy with this company. The food is the freshest and has made Casey's coat shine even more. The bag arrived within 24 hours right to the door.

My dog Casey is happier and no longer chewing on his paws. The office staff was friendly and helpful and we received our food quickly. Thank you and we will definitely continue with this company's products.
