I never do this sort of thing, but I do care about Zen. I've been going to Zen for a long time now. That is about to stop. The Staff has changed. That warm friendly feeling isn't there anymore. No more "hello" or "good-bye". Dan isn't around as much, and the environment isn't the same unless he's there. Loud annoying music is being played at times. I even heard the Receptionist being impatient (rude) to a customer on the phone. Ken is gone. He was the best, and very professional. Finally, I am really getting sick and tired of the staff yelling back and forth in their language in front of customers... constantly, and snickering and laughing. It's out of control. Who knows what they are saying? Making fun of customers? There is a post-it note at all of their stations that says "Speak English"! That never happens. Dan, you need to meet with your staff and make some changes or you will lose customers and receive more negative reviews.
