Kamran Haider came to our house in Summer 2019. I called him because I thought the way I dealt with a wasp issue was not enough. He came, looked at the situation, said that all is OK and there was nothing for him to do. He left, no charge. Not even for coming out all the way.
Naturally we called him again in December when we had a cockroach problem in an apartment. He came very fast and did his job. After 3 weeks or so the tenants said they saw 2 more of these critters in the apartment. Haider came in a hurry and dealt with it. Under warranty.

My sister came back from a trip to Montreal and also brought some friends with her -- bed bugs! The bed bugs started biting her and everyone around the house and things got out of hand. We called Pesticon Pest Control to help us treat our home. They came out to inspect the day after we called. They were very responsive and quick and took care of the critters. One day, I heard some scratches and noises in the chimney which kept up for three days. We began to get a little freaked out and looked around for some pest control places that deal with wildlife. The area we moved into had a lot of yard mice. They weren’t really a problem until we noticed one in our home. It wasn’t a big deal; we set traps and caught it. Two weeks later we noticed a lot more droppings in our pantry. That’s when we decided to seek professional help.

Our house had a few cracks so field mice started coming in. Nothing to be excited about. Waheed is a kind, honest man who is definitely good at what he does. Our initial contact was in July when we gave up trying to get rid of the mice ourselves with store bought methods. We called Pesticon and they were able to send someone that same day. Waheed worked quickly and let us know that we had a pretty bad infestation, but it's nothing that couldn't be fixed. We definitely saw the number of mice go down and we thought it was taken care of. Recently we saw a couple of mice running aroundand decided to call Pesticon again (Waheed let us know that in the colder months the mice may come back to shelter themselves from the cold weather) and Waheed again came the next day. He refilled all our traps and made sure all the areas we saw the mice were taken care of. He did not charge us for this second visit which shows how much he values the quality of his work. Pesticon is fantastic and waheed is friendly, understanding and great at what he does. When I noticed mice on thanksgiving Sunday I called waheed in a panic and he came over right away. He went out of his way on a weekend and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend pesicon as they solved my issues and were beyond pleasant.

We moved into our new home this summer. It's a 100 year old row house in the Junction. Unfortunately we were faced with cockroaches; and they were massive. I was a little freaked to say the least especially with a new baby so I searched homestars and read the reviews for Waheed and called him. He responded right away and came over within 24 hours. He used a powder so it was less invasive than a spray and walked me through everything. The cockroaches slowly died away and I haven't seen one since.I did notice a bug in my bathroom and was worried it was another cockroach infestation. Waheed came over and had a look and it turns outs it wasn't a cockroach but a box alder bug (outdoor - and they don't reproduce or infest inside). He was extremely helpful, professional and put up with my many emails to him.

I would also like to add my positive review here. After spotting a mouse scurrying across the living room floor this fall, I called Pesticon the next morning, based on reviews on this site. I received a same-day visit, and afterward was told that there would likely be no signs of my little friend in 3-14 days. As a mother of two small girls, I was satisfied that the discretely placed bait and traps were safe. About 6 weeks later, I found a few droppings under the kitchen sink, so I decidedto take advantage of their 6-month guarantee and requested another visit. Mr. Ahmed came over that very day to have a look, to address the issue (put additional bait trap under sink, bait behind stove, etc.). Although I tried to tip him for the prompt visit, Mr. Ahmed politely refused, saying that he would come back "50 times if he had to" at no additional charge. As the weather turns colder, I am so relieved to know that professional help is just a phone call away should we have problems in the future. Would recommend this company with absolutely no hesitation.

The employees of this company are fully trained and are very professional. Based on my experience i would say that pesticon is environmentally friendly company which provide excellent services at comparitively low cost.
