Dave and Dick Rusnak opened The Flooring Center in 1985 with the goal of becoming Central Florida's finest quality flooring retailer. Both are very active in the family-owned business and are dedicated to providing every customer with the very best service, value, and workmanship. Dick graduated in 1973 from the University of Notre Dame. He began his career at L.D. Brinkman, the country's largest flooring distributor.
