Mario and his crew installed a very beautiful custom foyer for our home. This was a tough job, as we were very detailed in what we wanted. This was our dream home, so we wanted to make sure everything was done very professionally and with extra care. The guys listened to our instructions, and were asking a lot of questions, which showed us that they cared. Once the job was done, we were blown away. The foyer was truly marvellous, and we are proudly showing off to all of our guests. We want to thank Mario and his crew so much.

We just purchased out dream home, and were searching for an expert to come and build us some granite kitchen counter tops. We wanted to have the entire kitchen counter made from granite, and also our dining table to have a granite top. We are repeat customers of Precision, and really wanted to write this review. The first time around Paul and his crew installed some slate tiles in our bathrooms and he did an amazing job. This time around we had the pleasure of meeting Mario and his crew, and they installed some porcelain tiles in our newly re-modelled kitchen. Our experience with the company both times was very pleasant, and we really appreciate the care, professionalism and quality of work that they do. After renovating my kitchen space I needed to install some porcelain floors, a few new granite counter tops and a marble backsplash. Precision Tile was recommended to me by friend that used them before. He gave me Mario’s phone number, and it was smooth sailing from there. Mario did some high quality work, and even though the job was completed a day later than we planned, the outcome was worth it. No complaints at all!

I needed some professional consultation on what to do with my floors. I hired a tile installation company that wasn’t doing quality work, and started to screw up in the early stages, so I wanted to replace them. I had a few guys stop by for a “free consultation”, and all of them were suggesting that I need to spend a lot of money to fix this issue. Mario was the third guy I called for a consultation. He was very nice and honest from the start. He gave me a genuine recommendation and took the time to explain all of my options. I really appreciated his honesty and hired him for the levelling job. I had to get some tiles removed from my basement, and needed it done quickly. The timeline was 2 days, and many of the guys I called just weren’t able to do it quick enough. Precision was able to come and start working the same day. The removal was completed quickly, and my basement was ready to be renovated in 2 days. This company is very efficient and affordable.

I recently purchased a new warehouse for commercial use, and needed to get the floor levelled before I began a big custom renovation of the space. Shopped around a bit, until I spoke to Precision Marble and Tile, and new I found my guys for the job. They assured me that they have a lot of experience with floor levelling, and recommended that I use drypack over the cheap mesh and scratch coat method. Only the skilled guys that have been doing this for a long time, use the drypack method. He explained that this way the quality and lifetime of the tiles will be much better and will ensure a straight floor. Truly experienced and professional crew, with a lot of knowledge and expertise. I had a very tough deadline for these guys when it came to porcelain tile installation for my commercial unit that was due to open in 2 weeks. They had a week to finish and clean up, and this included levelling, as well as installation. They truly took a lot of pressure of my back as they agreed to do this job, while others that I called didn’t feel comfortable taking on this task. I was selling my home, and wanted to do some small changes in order to bring up the value of the home. My fireplace needed to be re-done and I wanted to use marble, to give it a more expensive look and feel. Precision Marble was recommended to me through a friend, so I trusted they would do a good job. Overall I was happy with the quality of the completed product, it just took them a day longer than we agreed to, and went slightly over the budget because of the labour costs

I asked Mario to install some ceramic tiles around the floors at our home. His quote was much more competitive than the other few places I called. When he was doing the actual work, I could see the level of skill he has when it comes to tiles. This man knows this industry inside out, and is a specialist in his craft. Great price, high quality work, and they do an amazing job cleaning up once the work is done.

A week later the floor was perfectly levelled and Mario and his crew did an awesome job cleaning up. I am fortunate that Precision saved me from wasting more money than I had to on this job.

My home had some cold spots in the basement and kitchen and I wanted to warm those spaces up a bit. A friend of mine suggested I get heated floors. I had ceramic tiles in the kitchen and hardwood floors in the basement, so I wasn’t sure if I can install heated systems for both spaces. There were a few complications during the job, and even though they got around them, it took them 4 days longer to complete the job. The heated floors work great, but they did go over my budget and timeline. I am satisfied, but not blown away.

I hired these guys to do a tile removal job in a commercial unit I purchased. The unit was 11,000 sqft and had a lot tile that had to be removed. It took the guys 2 days to remove the tile and clean up. Did a great job and for a reasonable price.

Owner of a commercial unit in Markham, I wanted to give my bathrooms a new, fresh look. After consulting with Precision Tile, I went ahead with the larger slate tiles for 2 of my bathrooms. The slate tiles had some nice colour to them and really made the bathrooms look more alive. Paul’s team arrived to install them.
