Lawrence was terrific to work with: his design advice helped us to realize our ideas through is thorough knowledge and understanding of how practicalities work. He ensure that we were happy and that our aesthetic choices were balanced by practical concerns. His workers, especially Igor, were a pleasure to work with. Renovations are never easy to live through, but Igor was on time, clean as possible during and after each work day, trustworthy, and pleasant to have in the house. Lampert did two full bathroom renovations for us and we couldn't be happier. The pricing was competitive. The materials were top notch.

Evan (plumber from lampert) replaced kitchen faucet, shut offs,P-trap,unclogged sink with a snake . He was very pleasent and used the snake many times ,until job was done right! Excellent customer service!

When the plumber showed up he didn't have the tools for the job so apparently he went off and rented what he needed and billed us an additional $100 for the tool rental. If you are not equipped to do the job - DON'T ACCEPT IT! The least he should have done was asked us if we were ok with it. We would have found another contractor.
We've been in business for over 80 years & have always maintained the attitude of total customer satisfaction. I don't recall this incident & we'd never charge for a tool rental unless it was something very odscure that was needed to complete an awkward job. If you contact me, I'd be pleased to give you a $100.00 credit towards any future work you may require. We've always been very receptive to customer complaints & issues & I'm sorry for any dissatisfaction this situation caused you. Arthur

We have called on Lampert Plumbing over a number of years, first in our house and now in our condo. They are unfailing quick to respond, timely in their arrival, quick and efficient in their work and pleasant to deal with. Absolutely reliable. Bob completed 5 different tasks including installing a dishwasher, a grab bar in the tub area, repairing a diverter valve, repairing a kitchen sink and checking a leaky stool. All were done in a careful and timely manner. The quality of work was excellant, the service charges reasonable. We were very please with the quality of service that Bob provided. WE would certainly request Lampert Plumbing service again in the future.

The Lampert family has been in the plumbing business for over 80 years and doing complete home renovations for over 40 years. This long history of home services began in 1924 when Joseph Lampert immigrated to Canada and opened J. Lampert Plumbing and Heating in 1926. Creating a plumbing business was a natural career choice since he was an iron and lead specialist in Russia. In 1948, Hy Lampert left his father to open his own company; he was always on the cutting edge and he was one of the first to show new innovations such as the dishwasher.
Today, Arthur Lampert is the third generation running Lampert Plumbing with over 35 years experience in the family business. He first started working for his father at the age of 17. In 1975, out of university, Arthur joined the company full time, apprenticed, got his plumbing license and began learning the plumbing business from top to bottom. Today he is a master plumber with experience from plumbing rough-ins to repairs and new fixture installations.
