Bought a used fridge from Canadian Liquidators and a rat was living inside the motor underneath. We have never ever had a rat or mouse in the house so I knew it came in the fridge. The company was very nice cooperative and we upgraded to a new fridge. The rat was killed. What a horrible experience and I may not have reviewed this but for the nasty comment made by the delivery man that brought the new one and picked up the old one. He was rude not very helpful and said the rat had got in to our house from the front yard. We killed the rat with a hammer, the delivery driver came close to a simular fate. Shut up and drive leave the managers to manage.
