I PAID UP FRONT FOR INFRARED SAUNA SERVICES ON A SUNDAY TRIED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT ON THE WED AND COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE, WENT TO WALK IN AND BOOK THE PLACE WAS CLOSED DOWN

I thought I'd try it out but it doesn't seem like anything special. It's quite spacious and the staff are nice, but the big turnoff was the room for yoga. The window is faces the entrance and is distracting for every person coming and going, and worse is the loud heating system. My first time there I stayed in the back and could barely hear the teacher. It's in a convenient location but I can't say I'm very thrilled.

It was very nice! . The decor is Amazing..very warm atmosphere added a nice touch to get your mind to that relaxation state.The Hot Yoga Room is incredible.
