I am truly amazed at the quality service my husband and I received at wrights auto sales. We went in preapproved after a quick an easy online application I filled out was called back first thing nxt morning and asked to come in and meet with a very awesome sales lady named Vesper. She asked what we looking for and she showed us a bunch of different ones, we ended up leaving not really liking the sizes of the vehicles she had told us about,, she apologized for not being able to help and let us leave, unlike a different dealership we had went to first they are still calling us trying to get us to buy something even after we have said no we were going else where. It was very nice to not be bothered and pressured into buying something that wasn't going to suit our big family. We decided to call her back couple days later and she made the time for us to come back and look at a different vehicle and with no pressure again we decided it was exactly what we were looking for she was shocked and very happy to be able to help us this time. when going in to do paperwork and pick it up she was super friendly and not as a car sales person just trying to sell a car it was more of a friend to friend situation,, the guys in the finance dept were great as well,, Picking up our suv was very smooth as well quick signing papers and off we went,, def a very great experience for sure! We would most def buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy.

Purchased a car last week from Wright's in Kitchener. They told us the car would be ready by the following Wednesday, but we told them we would not be able to pick it up until that Friday. Friday came and they called us 3 times telling us different times for the car to be ready, and the last time told us that the car would actually not be ready until the Wednesday after that (two weeks after purchase!!!) I'm now screwed because I have no vehicle to drive back to university with as my old car broke before Christmas break. Have to purchase a bus ticket 100$ each way now to go back to school and return home to get my car when it is finally ready.

I've recently bought a 2013 Mazda 3 from Wright auto sales Kitchener location and had the pleasure of dealing with not only great sales persons, but great people who take pride in what they do. Vesper Parker did everything possible to make sure i drove away knowing everything i should know and drove away happy as could be, AND I DID!! Also had the pleasure of dealing with David, very knowledgeable and also explained everything to best ability! definitely Give 100% to Wright Auto Sales!!!

I bought my first car with Wright at their Waterloo location. Vesper was absolutely amazing to deal with.No pressure. My car was fantastic. I bought it and had it for roughly 2 years and literally had nothing go wrong with the car (other than regular breaks, but that's typical wear and tear as I drove higher number of km's then average person does). Kim and the service guys are absolutely fantastic to deal with as well. With the warranty I bought I got free breaks. Even with free brakes, I only paid $200 for winter tires changed, oil change and pads. Compared to getting a quote from another dealership for $700 plus change. So I always take my car to Wright. They're honest, upfront and call you and tell you status. They don't add things on there without yoru approval and they tell you if you really truly need something or if it's a 'good to have, but not required now' type of thing. So I went back and bought my second car now as well. Dealt with Vesper again. She is just FANTASTIC at what she does. I was never ever pressured into anything. Very much at ease, very professional and she knew her stuff. Over the years of dealing with her, she knows what I like and what I don't like. She even advised me to not buy anything now as the particular model I was looking for was coming in in few weeks at the time. She didn't pressure me into anything just for the sake of closing the sale. I'm now referring my friends there as well. Richard in finance is fantastic as well. They certainly went above and beyond. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommed dealing with these guys. While you wait you notice on the wall, how the company actually donates quite a bit back in the community as well. Great quality cars, great professional staff!! Ask for Vesper, you won't regret it!

Bought a car in February and am still dealing with problems I was assured would be corrected before leaving the lot. Be very wary about any purchase or servicing your car may need. They will say anything to get you off their lot after a purchase then deny any promises were made. Absolutely NO Accountability! Find a different dealership!

Think twice about any car purchase or any servicing your car may need at this dealership. A total negative experience from the bottom to the top! Stay away!

I had recently bought a 2010 Chevy Colbalt from a very amazing lady named Vesper Parker. She went over every detail I needed to know and also had answer's for every question I had asked. I do live in Guelph, but couldn't find any used vehicle I liked with very few kms for a low cost, I wanted something with a sunroof, sporty, good on gas and some what fully loaded. And she had showed me exactly what I was looking for. Also I found alot of the Guelph used dealerships way to over priced with high mileage. I would recommend ANYONE who is looking for a used amazing vehicle, low km for great cost to check out Wright Auto Brothers.

We needed to buy a truck but we found that the customer service was low and the price were high, we were meeting people who just wanted " to sell a truck". We extended our search to out-of-town and found WRIGHT'S AUTO. From the very first rep. who answered our call, we were impressed by her service and then we later met ELKA and RYAN and this was where good quality customer service continued, our calls were returned our many questions were answered and these guys were not just selling a truck, but they were knowledgeable and gave use exceptional services. ELKA ,RYAN and MATT you are great guys , you have taken customer service / care, to its highest level. My only complaint is it wasn't ready when promised

I was told 6pm and 2 hours before that it changed to 8 pm and wasn't ready tell 8:50pm

Wrights gave me and my husband a great positive experience buying a SUV!! They were there to serve us and help us with all our needs and wants in our SUV and were honest in all our questions!! I would recommend them to anyone and trust me you won't be disappointed by the service there!! I recommend Dave McDonald he was excellent could have ask for a better salesman!! Thanks wrights auto

We are now driving our Mazda Tribute!! Thanks to Danielle and Geoff from Wright Auto Sales on Bridgeport and Weber. This is our second vehicle that we have purchased from Wright's and we have been pleased with the service both times. Friendly, knowledgable and not pushy is what brought us back.

Had a great experience for financing my first car from a dealer here at wright auto sales! Had an awesome/ very friendly sales woman who made sure everything went as smoothly as possible! Really good customer service, not to mention their low prices! Would definitely recommend going to wright auto sales to anyone!

We had to find a car quickly, the selection was huge, and our salesperson was awesome...financial department was a bit pushy to finance some of the amount...we wanted to pay all of it..he got a bit ruder then, but over all, great experience

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle from Wright Auto Sales. The salesman was very helpful and sincere. He didn't try to push vehicles on me that I wasn't interested in. He listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose a vehicle that was within our price range to test drive, with all the functions I was looking for. The service mechanic fixed any little concerns we had. The salesman even put some extra gas in the vehicle so we wouldn't have to worry about it, as we lived an hour away and it was getting late when we left. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.

When I start to look at cars on autotrader, I can easily find their price cheaper than others.
They will tell you they won't sell cars have any accident, but the truth is almost all the cars they sell have some problems.
They can make the car looks better for a short time, but when you actually buy the car, lots of problems will appear, cost you $$$$to get them fixed.
DONT BELIEVE WHAT THEIR SALESMEN SAY!!!!!Their cheaper price definitely means hidden problems!!!

I bought my car there a month ago from there newest location and starting right from my initial contact with the salesman it was a good experience. Doug helped me find the car I was not initially looking for and my family and I like it alot. The Manager was helpful and courteous as well, we were providied with car reports at time of test drives and knew with each car we tested what we were dealing with, there were no hidden surprises. Buying a car is not a fun thing to do but our experience was a pleasant one. Thanks Wright Auto we will be back when the time comes.
